Delivery & Returns

We offer the convenient and high-quality service for the delivery of orders. We deliver tea and accessories to Republic of Ireland from our warehouse every working day via courier service. All products carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.

A standard shipping rate applies to all orders:

• Free delivery (4-7 working days) on all orders over €49 (incl. VAT)

Other delivery options and areas are not available.

We always dispatch orders within one working day of an order being placed, we then hand the orders and control from that point on over to one of our delivery partners. We give you tracking number. Using this tracking number you are able to follow the process of purchase delivery online by yourself. Orders placed late Thursday will be received on Monday and those placed between late Friday and Sunday afternoon will be despatched on Monday. Usually you'll receive a order within 5 working days. Some orders just take a little bit longer.

Please note the minimum buy is €49.

If you have ordered tea or accessory and it isn't available after the order processing, we inform by e-mail and to come to an agreement on the delivery of the order, or to replace similar product with the same or higher category, or cancel a order.

In case of cancellation or partial delivery, you will receive a refund of the paid within maximum of 7 days from the date of confirmation by the client. Refunds will be made via the method you used to pay for your goods at the time of placing your order.  

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns

Tea and drinks are non-refundable.

The accessories such as glassware, filters and other things from category «Accessories» could be returns within 14 days in case of any damage, breakage or if you disagree with the product. Keep the purchase invoice and the original packaging to get money back. The amount of the refund will be the price of purchased goods, postage is not refundable, the return is your own and at your expense.
